The detached Victorian villa is set in a quiet part of the town, only a few minutes walk from the cobbled square in Kelso and a short stroll from the confluence of the rivers Tweed and Teviot. The guests' accommodation spreads over two floors, dining room on the ground floor with six bedrooms with en suite shower and toilet on the first floor.
