We have gone here for school shoes for past 3 years and have never been disappointed. Staff are always so friendly and helpful no matter how busy the shop is. They take time to measure kids feet properly and there is no hard sell, if the shoe does not fit well they will tell you. My two girls are delighted with their new shoes, thank you x

Thanks to the staff for a swift resolution to a complaint about shoes and a fab new pair have been purchased. Customer service is tough to get right at times, but this is now my one-stop shop for shoes. Helpful, as it's across from the school! Thanks ladies, I now want a pair of Bo Bell for myself!

I was really looking forward to a trip to this store and I wasnt disappointed, Lovely helpful assistants and gorgeous selection of shoes. Well worth the journey. My little one has very narrow feet and managed to get two pairs of perfect fitting shoes! Wish I had known about this shop sooner!

Excellent customer service today! I got in touch this morning after struggling to get a pair of school shoes for my daughter who has pretty awkward feet. Popped in this afternoon and everyone was lovely. My wee girls feet got measured and we tried on about 4/5 pairs of shoes until we found the perfect ones. Girls were so patient and great with my wee one! Will be back in soon for winter boots, highly recommend!

Another successful trip for brown school shoes! Love coming here and having a choice of brown shoes. Got the full year from last year's shoes bought here. Staff really friendly and helpful. Went about 10 and didn't have to wait long at all. Will def be back again!
