The month of December is a very crazy and busy time of year and appointments are very precious. Your appointments are very important to me. The time allocated for an appointment is reserved especially for you. I realise that sometimes you need to adjust your schedule; therefore I kindly request at least 48 hours notice in advance to cancel or reschedule your appointment.. if less than 48 hours is given you will be charged a cancellation/rescheduling fee....
could I please also remind you of a few things:
* please ensure you are on time for your appointment. If you are late this has a knock on effect for other clients and it’s not fair to those who keep their allocated time to keep them waiting. (if you are more than 15 mins late I will not be able to take you) * if you are wearing gel or acrylic from another salon please remember there will be an extra charge for removal. I also need to be aware of this before your appointment. * if you are getting 3 or more acrylics replaced during an Infill there will be additional charges for this and it may not always be possible to do this within your allocated appointment time. *i am happy to rectify any problems within 24 hours of application. Nail repairs are chargeable at £3 per nail after 24 hours. * the appointment you have is for the treatment you booked in for.. if you turn up and need a new set of acrylics instead of Infills, unfortunately I will not be able to take you. 48hours notice must be given to change.

The best of treatment no matter what you are getting done!

Over the moon with my nails, just had my infills done which I can honestly say I have never had done before because Iv normally lost the majority of them by then when I have had them done elsewhere so whatever Claire does is some sort of magic. Can’t see me ever going anywhere else for acrylics and she’s so lovely as well which is the half the battle when finding a decent nail technician these days.

I've been going to Claire for around 7yrs now. I've yet to find anyone who matches Claire's attention to detail. Not only does she provide great service but is also good for a girlie chat too.

I have been a client of Claire's since 2012 and I have never had a bad experience. I have had my nails done at several places and none have come close to Claire. I would not trust anyone else with my nails! Claire is always so bubbly and sweet and makes me feel relaxed and pampered. I would highly recommend her to anyone. In addition, her prices are fantastic and I always receive compliments on my nails.

I got my nails done yesterday by Claire and I absolutely love them � there's so many colours to choose from and that's not to mention all the pots of glitter �� Claire was so nice, welcoming and made me feel very comfortable - I would highly recommend her �
