Bellissimo clinic is a medical skin clinic and was founded by Dr Domenic Di Rollo MBChB (Honours), BSc (Honours), MRCSEd.
Dr Di Rollo is a registrar surgeon currently working within the NHS. He is a member of the Royal College of Surgeons of Edinburgh and the association of surgeons of Great Britain and Ireland. He graduated 7 years ago from the University of Glasgow where he was awarded his primary medical degree with Distinction and Honours. Domenic also spent some time as an undergraduate in surgery at the University of Southern California in Los Angeles.
He has undergone periods of training in a number of surgical fields. These include, breast surgery, abdominal surgery, Trauma, urological, paediatric and gynaecological surgery. He currently works as an emergency and general surgeon at registrar level.
The bellissimo clinics specialise in medical facial skin care. The most well-known of these treatments being the anti-wrinkle injections, botulinum toxin (popularly and incorrecty known as "botox") and dermal fillers.
Mr Di Rollo has been trained and certified in advanced level botulinum toxin and dermal fillers at centres both in Scotland and England.
The most popular treatments currently are brow lifting, wrinkle reduction, lip rejuvenation, cheek rejuvenation, facial fillers, facial contouring and under-arm sweating (hyperhidrosis)
All clients will undergo a full medical consultation, facial analysis and a written consent process prior to treatment. This is followed by a discussion of treatment goals tailored to the clientโs specific wishes. Consultations are free of charge.
For this reason we suggest you try Bellissimo Clinic as your first choice, where you will only ever undergo treatment with a doctor who has a background in surgery but who has also been trained in non surgical facial aesthetics. We only use practioners who are licensed and work within the NHS full time.

Expert positioning and application of tear trough (under eye) dermal filler by Dr Domenic. For patients who are suitable, this treament can make a huge difference.
This treatment doesnโt reduce darkness under the eye which many people assume. What it does do however, is add volume to where volume is lacking under the eye creating a more youthful, fresher under eye area. Subtle and extremely effective.

My sister and I had a fantastic experience with Domenic at one of his clinics in West Lothian. Domenic is such a kind and calming person and I don't think I would have trusted anyone's opinion more than I did his. I changed my mind and went for the 1ML when I originally went in thinking I only wanted 0.5ML but I am incredibly pleased with my lips. They bruised slightly but that was expected and healed in under a week. I would HIGHLY recommend Domenic!

Literally just home from Bellissimo Clinic. Having never had any work done before and therefore being extremely concerned about how badly wrong these things can go, my friend recommended Dr Dominic because of his professionalism. I went in the hope that I could get something done with the bags under my eyes that I've have for most of my life. Wonderful gift from my mum who is the same! Anyway, Dr Dominic and Jodene were very honest with me about what would and wouldn't work. Even when I decided to go with what he thought was best, Dr Dominic still advised that I may not get the results I wanted. I was always wary that I'd be advised treatment even if it wasn't right for me or just wouldn't work. 100% wrong here. No one could have been more open and honest. If he doesnt think you need it or won't benefit from it, he won't do it. I was so totally reassured by this and have so much respect for this truly ethical approach. I can not commend Bellissimo or Dr Dominic enough. A professional through and through. As well as being a kind and gentle man (with a superb assistant in Jodene). I recently had lip fillers done with Dr Dominic and I am absolutely thrilled with them,Dominic and his assistant Jodine made you feel totally at ease and explained everything in full. I originally went in only wanting 0.5ml of filler but decided to go with the 1ml after discussing it with both Dominic and Jodine and i'm glad I did, wasn't as painful as I expected it to be(probably the use of the good numbing cream!) and after 4 days my lips are healing brilliantly, had minimal bruising also which is a plus as I bruise so easily! Will definitely be returning in the future and have recommended everyone who asks about my lips to them. Thank you again! X
I have used a few different Aesthetics. Dominic is by far the best,he is very professional, takes time each visit consulting you on what would be best for you. You are not rushed, no busy waiting room. Great results.
Having previously getting my lips done I was left with some lumps and my lips were uneven! Dominic took time to perfect the shape of my lips before enhancing them! Having had my lips done for years I heard of Dom and wanted to give him a try, he smoothed out all the lumps in my lips and although they are still large (which I want) they still look natural and they last so so long! Dom also does my Botox and since he has done it I get at least 6 months out of it and thats me being a fan of the frozen look!
Doms service is second to none I recommend all of my clients / friends to him. He is professional, friendly and worth every penny!

After visiting dr Dom for the second time for a yearly top up a can't say how please I am with my new lips , Jolene made me feel sooooo comfortable and was so friendly and as last time dr Dom was quick to put me at ease and was lovely, I put a lot of research into getting this treatment done and am so glad I picked such a professional clinic with outstanding results I would go anywhere else ๏ฟฝ!
