Sam Herd is one of Live Active Leisure's Talented Athetes. He has been downhill mountain biking for a thrill-seeking 14 years. An Abernethy resident, you will often spot him flying down the forest tracks of Perthshire, or training in the Strength and Conditioning Gym at Bell's Sports Centre. Read all about his training plans for this year's UCI Mountain Bike World Cup, taking place in Fort WIlliam on 1st and 2nd June.
