My wife and I also go to the fitness class on a Wednesday night and Saturday morning and this is the first fitness class I have been to and I feel a lot fitter already.

Fantastic club! Great instructors! My girl lives going to TKD, it's helped her confidence and self esteem. I'm so proud of her. And as soon as her brother is old enough he'll be joining!

Fab club with dedicated staff who make the children feel part of something special! The class increases the young people's confidence and increases their respect for the adults around them! More importantly the classes are fun and kids want to keep going back! Both of my children attended and made good progress! Join have fun and gain new friends and a healthy lifestyle!
