Would not buy another car from them have had nothing but problems and customer service is ridiculous

Got seen quick happy friendly staff who are happy to help was happy with results to my problem

I'm giving this dealer 2 stars for their reply responce to criticisms, marc guy seems to be in touch with customers service side or knows perception and word of mouth are important for sales comparing with other companies they don't shy away from negative feedback. I am local stay not far from them have been looking at a car paying cash price but based on some of the reviews if it goes wrong then it goes wrong with not much support. Based on the reviews i won't be buying the car now.. i have to say warranties and RAC inspections mean nothing to these dealers.

Car still under warranty and electrics need looked at. Was refused to have it booked back in because my partner took ill and couldn't make the last booking. Pathetic. Was assured when we purchased it that he wasn't a dodgy dealer, beware as he is.

Bought a motor this weekend of 1 10 16 and overall not to bad service from Jim who sold me the vehicle. Nice guy and pleasing to the point personality.

Only dissapointing downside was the car was not valeted properly... wheels were missed and dirty ... and my shock when I got home the roof was green mould and had never been touched!!! I would seriously not keep the valeter if it was my business.

Other than that Angela, Murray, Mark and Jim are a fantastic team ... go and check them out and buy with confidence at Belmont Autos!!!

Bought my 3rd car from Belmont Autos a couple of months ago and i am delighted with the car and service again. Great after service and car was well presented. If this cars as good as the previous ones i'll be back again. Thanks Belmont
