Worst customer after sales service ever experienced sold me a faulty car and don't seem to be able to get to the cause they have had the car longer than me !!!!!

Excellent staff - will always go out of their way to help. Couldn't ask for better!!

Extremely horrible service. Will Never ever go back to them!! Their staff has not got a clue what customer service is. They treat you like rubbish. Everyone seems to be very grumpy and definitely cluess of what they are doing.

I had reason to visit Belmont Wallyford today the 28th of December without booking an appointment.I had a problem with my vehicle and asked if they could possibly check it out for me (my engine management light was on).I was asked by a very nice lady at reception (and it is very remiss of me that i did not get her name)if i could wait for the vehicle and a mechanic would check out the problem for me .I was given a cup of coffee (coffee was great !) while the vehicle was being checked.Some time later the very nice lady explained to me what the mechanic had found why the light was on and that it was not a major problem and that he had reset the ecu and that if the problem re-occurred they would then replace the part responsible.Really all in all it was a very nice experience to deal with the dealership and have my problem solved considering the dealings i have with dealerships in the past . People can always find time to run down a service they have had .Its about time they praised when its good.
