I had a thoroughly awful experience with Belvoir Perth. No action was ever taken with the issues I raised in six months. The property was full of mould, which was never acted upon and also infested with moths. The owner is one of the rudest people I have ever come into contact with. Rent paid on time every month and cleaned to a high standard. Yet this agent attempted to deduct £45 for a professional clean. An absolute bunch of cowboys!! Please do yourself a favour and stay well clear of this agent.

Belvoir are currently handling three family-owned properties being let using their management services. We find them courteous, helpful and efficient in dealing with any queries or concerns we may have. They also carefully vet any new tenants which is very reassuring from a property owners' point of view.

Rude, abrupt staff and very unhelpful! Would never rent through Belvoir again! There idea of "professionally cleaned" is laughable and the standard of the flats they rent out are terrible! I''m renting now through a private landlord who is lovely and can't do enough to help, plus she actually cares about her property and maintaining it. Really disappointed by the service I have received from this company and would advise anyone to avoid them.

Excellent renting accommodation service. Provided with a fantastic renewable home and have encountered no problems at all. Belvoir staff providing support and assistance. Five star rental service and wholeheartedly recommend Belvoir service in rented accommodation.

Normally the service is pretty good however, if you have an issue as I have had many, don't expect it to be resolved anytime soon. i have an issue still unresolved after 7 months!

Customer service wise, when you call you do get good service over the phone, of course that is unless you get one Audrey on the line. Never spoken to someone so ignorant, rude and up her self in my life. Attitude is somewhat to be desired. A course in customer excellence wouldn't go a miss. A lot to learn that one.

Can only say good things about Belvoir unlike one of your other reviewers. When we entered the property letting market our hands were held all the way to ensure we had all the necessary licenses etc. Wouldn't have known where to start. We also appreciate the fact that Audrey and Harry are happy to confront the tenants with any perceived problems and keep an eye on the property for us. When the tenancy came to an end we had new tenants in place within days thanks to Belvoir's contacts. Would thoroughly recommend them to anyone requiring a factoring agency.
