Nice walk with beautiful views

Great walk to the summit. Well marked trail. Difficulty depends on weather conditions.

Don't bother with the main track. Ptarmigan route every time, great views. Some scrambling involved, but nothing too strenuous.

Gets busy on weekends, especially the main path. Much prefer to take the Ptarmigan route.
Though an easy walk even in summer a white-out and cold rain are often to experience. Be reasonable and take some waterproofs and warm later.
