What a fantastic lunch today from Richard the chef. Just an amazing Christmas lunch for about 20 of us from work. Great service from all the staff too....all with a smile. Well done to all. We'll definitely be back.
We had a lovely trip there and tested some nice whiskey too :) Lovely people full of passion. For sure place worth visiting when you are around.
Visiting Fort William, eat here!! Good food, good service and very fine people :)
Very good! Partner loves whiskey so was more for him than me
The tour was informative and entertaining with a lot of historic facts about the distillery. The food and service quality in the distillery’s coffee shop was very good.
Staff are what makes this a wonderful experience and good food , extremely tasty cake!
Richard, what a fabulous chef !!! Christmas lunch/menu especially organised for us for our work lunch....one word...AMAZING !!! Food and service top notch. Thank you all.
Loved it.. very worth while' interesting and the staff were lovely.. thank you
Just had the most delicious lunch at the Ben Nevis Distillery, highlight of my rainy day off....will certainly be going back...thanks so much!!
Had lunch here several times. Always excellent food (often try the weeks"special") with great service from Richard. Like to take my family and friends there when they stay.
Food and coffees are fantastic. Cajun chicken flat bread is awesome. All freshly cooked to order. Service is fab too. If you haven't been you're missing out.
Called in for lunch today with a friend, both had the strips of beef with onions in a roll with chips, was lovely very tender beef
Brilliant tour of the distillery carried out by a very knowledgeable guide. The tasting was of course my favourite bit and we came away with some Nevis Dew and Blue Label whiskys. I'd highly recommend a visit.
Best lattes in town !
Love this place xxx

Absolutely gorgeous bowl of leek and potato soup. One of the best I've had. Great job guys!
A frequent lunchtime customer, I'm always amazed at the quality of food they manage to produce from such a tiny wee kitchen. Soup's always a good bet - I usually have it without bread and butter as it's a really hearty big bowlful. That also means I can have a home-baked treat with my coffee. (The coffee is freshly made to order and packs a punch, especially the double espresso). If I'm feeling hungry I usually opt for the fried steak sandwich - not had the fries with it as this option is just new on the menu but I might starve myself next week and give it a try! The dining area is a wee bit in need of a makeover but the food, service and banter with John more than makes up for the shortcomings.
Loved the tour it was just a shame they didn't sell they're own single malt whiskey as 70% of it goes to Japan.
Good tour the extra for the classic tour is worth the extra £12 to get more whisky samples
