With good food, real ales and great live music our 200 year old barn boasts fantastic views in our unique location just outside Fort William at the very foot of Ben Nevis.
Popular with walkers, mountaineers and locals alike, the Ben Nevis Inn is found at the start of the Ben Nevis mountain path and close to the end of the famous West Highland Way in Fort William, with fabulous views over Glen Nevis.

We were up there on Sunday drinks absolutely fabulous and staff are very nice and friendly too. And love to go there again some other time.😊
Totally recommend went hear for my daughter birthday food was fantastic the staff are brilliant nothing is to much for them I will definitely be going back �
Spent 2 nights in the bunkhouse 6-7 June on a charity walk didn’t eat at the inn but food looked amazing, staff really helpful and courteous everything nice and clean and all guests so nice and helpful amazing few days .
Lovely food,booked in advance as we were a party of 12 with 4 kids, got a table up top next to the toys. So relaxed and down to earth, it’s a must for all who are passing through fort William
Loved the Ben Nevis Inn, it was a welcome sight at the end of our climb up and down Ben Nevis. Great food with lots of choice and a lovely atmosphere.

One of the best restaurants I've been to, I've never seen anything like it, totally rustic style, wonderful food, logical style of Scottish food and English. As always I try vegetarian varieties. Very good and excellent service. Congratulations
I own local self catering holiday apartments and recommend the Inn to my guests. Every time I visit Fort William I bring friends and family to this restaurant and it never lets us down. It’s always full yet the staff are very efficient. You are never left waiting and the food is delicious each time. The atmosphere is fantastic and the scenery amazing. Well recommended �
Had dinner here today and well what can I say other than "Amazing" , hard to find such a nice place to have a family dinner.

Wow the food was 1st class very well priced.
But the icing on the cake was the staff what lovely bunch of people, highly recommended 5 stars.
Exceptional food... honestly we had the nevis burger...battered haddock...chicken and haggis... amazing food and atmosphere. ..also we loved the bunk bed accommodation below the bar restaurant
Excellent food, clean and tidy accommodation, perfect location for the Nevis climb. 5star rating is not enough,,,,your in the Highlands !

Amazing place and well worth going too. Defo recommend the Chicken and Haggis main course. Helpful friendly staff who don’t mind wet boots and clothes after a long tiring walk
A wonderful Inn with a great atmosphere. The food is always superb, the staff are all very friendly and helpful, and the Bunkhouse accommodation is perfectly situated for walking up Ben Nevis.
Perfect setting, probably the best beer garden in UK. Unfortunately we didn't get to sample the food as they wouldn't serve food in the garden, which was where we had to sit as we had our dog. Beer quality and choices were good and staff were friendly and helpful.
Had a meal here the other day, I don’t eat gluten or wheat and the waiter explained the options and the food was lovely. Would recommend to eat here �
Food was pretty bland expected more... not a real choice of drinks... the local produce was ok as in beer and cider but as a thirst quencher there could have been more choice....staff were nice though and very accommodating......
Been here before , this time we were served by a young lad , gave us 5 mins to decide , so we ordered drinks , took a while and being fairly patient we waited , 3young ladies came in and were served immediately, felt totally forgotten about , gone downhill Ben Nevis inn !
