THE BRAVEHEART SWIM - TOP TIP From Sean McFarlane
"Yes, it’s a sea swim in Scotland in mid September but all previous races have had very manageable water temperatures (14 degrees), so consider what you wear carefully. I’ve seen far too much not need extra neoprene in transition like boots and vests which do take extra time to take off."
... If any of our past Bravehearts have an any useful tips for the swim, please share!

Boost your indoor intensity. While we’d all rather be out on the road, unfortunately British weather doesn’t allow for that all year round, but there’s still important gains to be made...

Join us on 15th September 2018 at Fort William for the ultimate bucket list adventure. The challenge is a 1.2 mile sea loch swim, 56 mile road cycle and 13 mile hill run to the summit of Ben Nevis and back.
It takes commitment, determination and a whole lot of heart to conquer this breath-taking course. Victory, though is sweet, with views from the summit extending up to 120 miles!
