Superb experience letting with Ben Property. Our flat was in excellent condition when we moved in, over two years ago. The service and communication throughout our tenancy was second to none, especially when compared to the cash grabbing, rude and incompetent letting agency we rented from prior to our experience with the professional, helpful and considerate Ben Property. I would highly recommend and should we move back to Edinburgh and need to rent, I would no hesitate to turn to Ben Property once again. 5 stars.

Rented a flat with Ben Property and was very pleased with everything. I found what I wanted for the price I was ready to pay, and everyone in the company was great - people were polite and friendly. They never bother with an excess of inspections. Everything was fair, there were no attempts to overcharge anything from the deposit. I am glad I chose to deal with this agency, and certainly would deal with them again if I am ever back to Edinburgh.
