Thank you to our amazing staff!
Like the NHS, our staff are on the frontline, working hard to support the most vulnerable patients in the community. They are dedicated to continue going the extra mile, helping keep our patients with complex health needs, many of whom are already on ventilators, safe, well and at home.

At Bespoke Clinical Care we always have our clients well-being as a focus of all that we do. Here is a lovely testimonial from one of our younger clients
"The overall service provided by Bespoke Clinical Care was great. All the staff were very kind and very helpful. They knew what they were doing, but also listened to me and took on board what I said and assisted me when I needed it. They took the time to get to know me and were very respectful. They had a great sense of humour and made the days better." Christopher (age 14).

A lovely testimonial from one of our clients whose daugther we help care for:-
We felt that our daughter was in very safe hands
“We recently used Bespoke Clinical Care for some nurse home care for our daughter who is ventilator dependent. They provided a reliable, professional and efficient service; from the enquiry stage through to the care provided. We received prompt and detailed communication, and the care was provided by a highly competent well-trained carer. We felt that our daughter was in very safe hands and we cannot recommend them highly enough.” Laura Smith

A Day in the Life of a Healthcare Support Worker
Working with Bespoke Clinical Care is a wonderful opportunity with many wonderful moments. This has been a challenging but rewarding role that has only pushed me to be the best person I can be.
As a Healthcare Support Worker, I help our clients maintain a healthy standard of living and a good quality of life. I attend different social outings from casual trips to big events which usually turns out to be a shared interest and a... fantastic experience.
With all the responsibility that comes with the role, the tasks and duties that need to be carried out, there is always time to enjoy a good natter, a munch and watch some funny videos with my client during our many nights together.
I am given so much support in all I do in and outside of the job. This includes helping me gain my qualifications and achieving my goals. It has built my confidence as a person and as a care worker. As this is my first care related job, this is greatly appreciated.

Here is another story from one of our Healthcare Support Workers As a HCSW at Bespoke Clinical Care every day is a different day...although some days can be a challenge those are the days that make me a better HCSW. Those are the days that expand my knowledge, give me more confidence within the job and those days make me feel like I have achieved and I go home knowing I have made a difference to someone’s quality of life... Not only their's but also their family and loved ones around them... who also need support sometimes. Other days are not as challenging, however the sense of achievement and satisfaction is just as rewarding! Bespoke Clinical Care is a small “family” of friendly, caring, supportive carers! Our team work together to support each other on a daily basis. I'm a proud Bespoke Carer!

Our training courses provide an excellent base of knowledge in many different areas of care. Here is what people are saying ...
"Mary was clear and had an excellent knowledge and background which was beneficial to the learning of Emergency First Aid at Work. This made the course more interesting, learning from previous experiences, including others attending the course, and aligning them to your own.
