Stayed over for a party to a party night. Band good, food good, staff good. There is parking and if busy they will park your car if you leave it there. A couple of minor issues sorted quickly and efficiently by helpful caring staff. 😊

Even though it was a recently refurbished part of the hotel there were a few cosmetic issues plus the room I stayed in had almost paper thin windows that let in the quietest of sounds. Also the glaring light from under the door happened to be shining straight onto the top end of the bed which for some may be of concern. Other than this it was clean and the staff were attentive and there was valet parking as the car park was full. One big issue for me was not being able to use the spa facilities due to technical issues as I could have needed the relaxation but I got to see Inverness well as it was a stone's throw away from the center.

Was lovely. Attended for staff training with work. Room was very clean and well decorated. Bathroom gorgeous. Good bar and food, breakfast really good. Only problem when we were there the pool facilities were closed, but that's not really a huge problem, just made the most of the bar instead! Other than this can't fault the place.

Hotel is centrally located & convenient for City Center. Parking is free but there are only 19 spaces, however if you park in a Valet space the leisure Centre Staff Will park your car for you at an off site location & return your vehicle at any time you request (mildly inconvenient). We booked for Two nights and paid extra for a River view. This is not what we got on arrival & had to prove our booking before we got what we paid for! (another inconvenience). The room we got was in an annexe called Number 10 next door to the Hotel which was clean and spacious with both River and Castle views. The Hotel boasts a swimming pool and spa which was one of the selling points in picking this Hotel & they didn't disappoint. The Hotel literature boasts a lounge Bar selling local Cask Ales, however, what we found was a Starbucks coffee outlet that closed at 10PM - No local Cask Ales & a poor selection of Whisky. Probably won't go back.

A comfortable hotel. Good food, reasonable prices, and helpful staff. Lovely warm swimming pool and health spa. Parking is limited, though not a problem for us as we travelled by rail. The hotel is an easy 10 mins walk from the railway station.

We spent 5 days here on a rail holiday and found it fantastic! The room was very comfortable and extremely spacious. Nice bathroom with heated towel rail. The food was perfect and the dining area overlooked the river. The staff were all very professional, polite and friendly. Would absolutely recommend.

Very nice hotel with wonderful views of the river and castle. Rooms were large, well-appointed, and comfortable. Nice to have a casual place to get a cup of coffee in the morning. Staff were friendly. Easy walk to train station and restaurants, but also good to be away from the main streets.

Nice hotel, with amazing staff. Smallish room but very comfortable bed.. Very nice breakfast selection too.. Good leisure facilities. Parking can be a bit tricky, but leisure staff more than happy to help.

Not worth the money. Room was gorgeous with the perfect castle view. Unfortunately during our 2 night stay the pool and jacuzzi were closed due to high chlorine levels. According to staff it had been an issue all week, which left me thinking it should have been sorted. Cleanliness was good. Unfortunately shower flooded due to slow drainage which meant short showers. Ventilation in bathroom was weak. Location is amazing. I've stayed in better for less cash.

Excellent hotel, friendly staff great location I'd definitely visit again.

I was wondering why this was just a regular Best Western and not a Plus or Premier - but it is clearly a rather dated property. But it was clean and the location is convenient.

I am a leisure club member and weekly enjoy tea with the ladies after aqua aerobics. The staff are all very helpful and friendly. I throughly enjoyed our Christmas lunch too

Great views of the lovely River Ness, friendly staff :)
