Would give a 6* if possible. Staff are fantastic. Rooms are immaculate. Cleaning service everyday. A MASSIVE hand out to Colin who made a massive effort behind the scenes to help us. Great hotel all together
Good place to stay if you're in Aberdeen for a few days. Basically it's a no frills hotel with a comfortable bed with decent amenities.
Very friendly staff. Room clean and comfortable. Bathroom fully stocked with all essential item's needed. Nice selection coffee biscuit's water in room breakfast again great selection, definitely good value for money my second stay would certainly stay again
So welcoming. Room was lovely. It had and you get complimentary snacks and drinks. No fear of extra charges from a mini bar. Kettle, TV, spare sockets, fridge, Wifi and parking.

Stayed Friday to monday. Spotlessly clean,great size room fridge microwave/oven kettle and super hamper which had great snacks and plenty coffee and tea. Very friendly helpful staff from reception to housekeeping. Had breakfast (extra charge) on 3 mornings Saturday and Sunday staff were fabulous very polite friendly and helpful. Monday morning must be bit depressing as breakfast staff were quiet and couldn't get a smile or a "Good morning" in breakfast area.
Would stay again and would recommend.
As a visually impaired person I was very pleased with bright simple lay out and the consideration of reception staff. All in all fantastic weekend. Thank you.
Exterior belies the gem inside. Nice spacious rooms and public areas.
