Great location, nice friendly staff, lovely clean room and good breakfast.

First Class experience I cannot praise them high enough. My stay was made unforgettable by the excellent service by the staff. I could go on but I would certainly stay there again.

I stopped here for lunch with my son on route to Fort William. The food portions were generous and reasonably priced and the restaurant was comfortable and bright. Service was a little slow, but we weren't in a hurry.

The room was comfortable and spacious and included a bath. The wifi did not work in my room despite speaking to reception so best to access it near reception. The cooked breakfast I served had clearly been cooked previously and plated as there were remnants of mushrooms and the bacon was dry and was given a hash brown which I didnt order. I found the receptionist on check in helpful but the rest of the staff team was brisk and made you feel like it was an inconvenience to serve you especially at breakfast as the time started to move towards 930am. I had a nice steak in the restuarant for dinner.

This was the first time we have taken our dog on holiday. We were very pleasantly surprised at how easy it was to have the dog with us and found the staff friendly and helpful towards caring for his needs.

Great service in the restaurant, although not very exciting food — perfectly good and well priced. Amazingly comfortable bed! An otherwise unremarkable, rather small room.

My partner and I had a 2 night overstay at the Crianlarich Hotel. Reception was very friendly and professional. Hotel was very good and very clean. A log burning fire greeted you on a very cold day, it just made you feel so welcome. Staff were all very nice, food was very good and breakfast was excellent I had the best poached eggs ever, fantastic. I would highly recommend this hotel.
