U-Strength is a full body circuit style strength session incorporating functional equipment & athletic movements and is suitable to all levels, a great place to start!
U-Mix is a little surprise and a lot of fun! A personal challenge or group workout this bootcamp style class will get your heart pumping and leave you with lots of happy endorphins!
U-HIIT is an implement based high intensity class, short intervals of maximal effort with rest. Slam, sprint, jump and throw your way into the day! Short, sweet and sweaty!

My teenage daughter started attending sessions with Michelle initially after an injury and not only did she get her back to full fitness ready for the current football season but she loves her time at BetterU that much she’s now a regular. I’ve been doing PT sessions with Michelle since January. I’ve absolutely loved every session and have seen a massive improvement in my running. She is hugely knowledgable and motivational and I can’t recommend her and Better U enough.

I hadn’t previously exercised for over two years so I was apprehensive about joining a gym or heading to a large group class so when my mum told me how much support and help Michelle gives I decided to come along on a trial week. I’ve just tried my 2nd type of class after 2 weeks with Better U and can honestly say I love it. My fitness, strength and flexibility has improved already in a short period of time and I always feel supported and motivated by Michelle and the rest of the team. The monthly membership means I won’t miss a class because I can’t be bothered and I’m always glad I go. There’s always options for beginners so you work to your own ability and Michelle explains them so well you really feel it working. There are so many options available I can always manage 3 classes per week even with a busy schedule. I can’t recommend Better U or Michelle enough but not too much because I don’t want to have to fight for a space at my favourite classes ��
