What can I say wonderful hair by lorelle on my wedding day and makeup by Lynn stewart. First class by both of these girls made me feel relaxed and happy on the day. Was unsure on my makeup but Lynn did an amazing job, I didn't have time for a makeup trial but Lynn was spot on with what to do and I couldn't have been happier. Can't thank you enough highly recommend 👌🏼👍🏻

Went In today and had a full set of highlights. Absolutely fantastic job! It looks fantastic. Thankyou so much!

Was in a couple of weeks ago and and had the last appointment on a friday which had only been booked the night before on treatwell. This was ideal as it meant I could go after work. I was the only customer in the salon but at no point did I feel I was being rushed. She took time before to talk over what I wanted and what she thought would work for me. I was very happy with the results and feel it looks much healthier and sits better than it used to.

Visited Beut for the first time today.

Recently had a lot of hair chopped off with Lorelle which I was super nervous about. She did it in chunks and it took her ages but she was so lovely and reassuring. Now a couple of weeks later after a really bad bottle dye job I thought my hair was absolutely hopeless. I came into the studio and Lorelle gave me the quickest appointment I could make. I wasn't expecting my hair to be anything bright or lovely but she has totally salvaged my hair and made it beautiful! I would definitely recommend here if you have any doubts about your hair the women are lovely to speak to and give brilliant advice!

Lorelle always does a fantastic job on my hair and is always so friendly too. It's hard to find hairdressers that have the patience to put the ridiculous amount of foils I need in my hair for highlights but Lorelle always does it perfectly with a smile on her face! Can't recommend her enough!

I just want to thank both Janine and Lynn for my fab hair and make up for my wedding on Sat. As I was getting married in Edinburgh and don't live there and the weekend of the Royal Highland Show I needed to find someone local who could travel to the hotel. I was passed the girls details and a bit nervous of using someone I hadn't been to before especially for my wedding day. I went for my trials and came away really happy both girls made me feel very at ease. They were both great on the day and Janine made sure I got Into to my dress and making sure it was sitting perfectly. Thank you both so much xxx

I got my make up done by the lovely Lynn she did an amazing job whilst making me feel super comfortable, I would recommend her to anyone. She is the best at what she does !!!!

Had my hair done by both Janine and Lorelle and both are extremely talented girls my experience in beut hairdressing was top class and the salon is so fresh and modern...

Got my hair washed and blow dried and some curls put in it and I love it felt so welcomed and Everyone was so nice and friendly will definitely be back x

Beut is an amazing salon! Lorelle has been doing my hair for years and every time I go she does my hair exactly the way I want it. Lorelle and janine are both extremely good at what they do and I'd recommend them to anyone! If you want the best, beut is the salon to go to. ❤️

Absolutely adore this girl always makes me feel at ease talks me over what she's doing and most of all an amazing job. To mention I travel from Glasgow just get my hair dun of lorelle. Worth every penny. Thanks my darling xxxx

5+ stars- Amazing hair salon! I first visited Lorelle back in November. I'd moved up from Bristol to study here and it had been quite a few months since I had my hair coloured (unfortunately I'm not a natural blonde, but I am a self-confessed addict when it comes to lightening my hair). My first visit I loved the atmosphere of the salon; its clean, bright, everyone is super friendly and the girls are obviously passionate about what they do. Rather than tell me I should go darker, which is the case with a lot a hair dressers; Lorelle embraced my wishes and delivered some killer highlights. I walked out loving my hair, doing that vain- stopping at anything reflective to admire it thing haha.

The next time I visited, I'd had my hair done back home and the hairdresser there had toned down the blonde. I wasn't loving it if I'm honest, and there was a band left behind from the darker colour. So, I returned to Beut and Lorelle suggested we try something else- lets not do highlights we'll paint the roots and tone it, treat it etc etc. Now, I do suffer from anxiety and I had a hair disaster a few years back (my own doing-again, blonde is addictive!) and I was, and I'm not exaggerating, the worst client ever! I was stressing out, worrying about it, poor Lorelle had other clients in aswell but she was just fantastic about it. She went above and beyond to reassure me and in a hair dresser, that's exactly what you want when you're having something new done. Needless to say, I absolutely love the end result and it goes to prove that, as long as you get yourself an amazing hairdresser, you treat it regularly and take care of it- you can be whatever shade of blonde you like! I'll be back soon (if she'll have me!).

Went to beut hairdressers in gorgie today to get a haircut and I would not recommend it at all. First of all was meant to have my appointment yesterday but they cancelled at last minute and rescheduled for today and did not apologise. I thought I’d give them the benefit of the doubt and go and I totally regret it. When the assistant was washing my hair she made a rude comment and said ‘your long thick hair is blocking our drain’ that instantly made me feel uncomfortable. The women that dealt my hair decided to take a phone call while cutting my hair and was not paying attention so it has resulted in me having a uneven wonky cut. I left the salon to notice I had long thick strands so I went back in to tell them I got no apology nor did they ask to me to sit again to fully inspect my hair they just cut the strands off while they stood at the reception desk, they did not seem sorry or embarrassed and they also charged me £39 when the price quoted to me when I booked it was £36 and I felt too intimated to even question this to them. I felt this was not good customer service at all and I now need to spend more money to have this fixed!
