Bibi’s Little Baking School is run by Fiona Pratt, the owner of Bibi’s Bakery in Edinburgh. Fiona is an amazing teacher and in her classes you can learn to create delicious cakes, pies, pastries, breads, tarts, quiches, macarons, meringues and more.
Classes run on a Wednesday and a Saturday, from 10. 30am – 4. 30pm. On arrival, there’s a homemade treat on offer, as well as tea and coffee.
You will stop for a home made half hour lunch, and if time allows, an afternoon treat too. Everything you make, you take home with you along with a folder of the recipes too. This promises to be a fantastic treat for you or someone you know who just loves baking.
