Nice company with great staff, brilliant service from Peter and Gill, never gonna find a better place then here to store your belongings!

We live in Texas. My son was about to attend graduate school in Stirling, Scotland. We were bringing two large suitcases with his clothing and supplies for school but also had a suitcase for travel for a week before heading to Stirling. We did not want to lug those two suitcases all over the UK. We checked a bunch of storage options and Big Yellow was by far the most reasonable and had the best facility. We made a reservation, landed in Edinburgh, took a taxi to Big Yellow, checked in very very quickly and efficiently and were on our way. When we got back to Edinburgh a week later we took a bus and walked a short way, retrieved the suitcases (again, super fast and efficient), walked to the tram, and then on the train to Stirling. We got the refund as promised, again fast and efficient. You made what had the potential to be a very stressful situation a total breeze. Thank you!!! You delivered everything just as you promised.

Very clean. Easy access what more do you need in a storage facility.

It's not the cheapest storage out there, but the facility is excellent, access is very straight-forward and the staff very helpful.

Great opening offer for a couple of months, but a bit pricey after that. If you find you don't need as much space just trade down, you only pay for what you use.
Check what kind of padlock they want you to use or you'll have to buy one of their slightly expensive ones.

Nice & clean inside, free use of regular and extra long trolleys.

Good premises and service is okay but bear in mind that the keep periodically increasing their fares as you keep the space so becomes more expensive over the long term.
