Great shop. I went in scotland from france for a bike tour in the highlands, but I unfortunately had a big issue on my bike. The staff was super understanding and they fixed my issue really quick.

I went in to buy a bike through cycle to work and was greeted by the most unhappy person in their job I have seen in a while, had a brouchure shoved at me and almost pushed out of the shop. Another shop was very helpful and got the sale. Shame as I'd prefer to use a local store rather than a national chain.

on route to JOG by back wheel bust another spoke outside inverness. i took a taxi here, they lent me another wheel to get me on my way and fixed by wheel for me to collect a few days later. fantastic service and nice people. many thanks
