Staff is happy to order items they don't stock and they will be honest about products, especially by telling you by what they would by if they were shopping for the same item.

Very helpful man repaired my gear cable, for free. Amazing service. Lovely staff. Will definitely use them next time I need a bike shop.

Still a great bike shop. Had problems with front derailleur went in and Greg (mechanic) sorted it in minutes. Tightened up brakes while he was at it too. Theyve also just got some nice Ridleys in.

Great shop with a really great team of staff! I damaged my PF30 converter when installing it and they managed to save it for me by tapping out the threads. Amazing for £10! Finished the install of my new Crank and Chain ring and I couldn't be happier!

Biketrax saved the day when a bike we had rented from elsewhere (another establishment near Holyrood that shall not be named---to their credit they offered a full refund) fell apart just at the beginning of the canal. They helped us diagnose the problem with the other rental, and sent us on our way with a much higher quality bike at a much better price. Really excellent experience all around!
