Awesome service every time i visit this place! Friendly, non pushy advice whether you are a novice or an expert. I cannot fault Billy Bilslands.

Bought my road bike from Billy Bilslands last year and the whole team have been so helpful. They have advised on upgrades and assisted with essentials such as bike bag and luxury wheels for taking my bike abroad and racing in England. Well worth supporting your local bike shop and they will support you!

My 4 year old daughter is now cycling her bike thanks to Neil at the shop. He showed her how to ride her balance bike properly then got her on her Frog bike in Glasgow Green. She spent a few more weeks on the balance bike and now on day 2 on her Frog has learned how to ride, steer and stop! Thanks I couldn't have done it without you!

2nd bike I've bought from the shop this year. 1st I had a hybrid and as I am new to cycling Neil talked me through my different options. I have since (today!) bought my 1st road bike through the cycle to work scheme and Dougie was very helpful. I'm delighted with my bike, the customer service and can't recommend them enough. A very happy customer.

Can not thank these guys enough- a special mention to Barry the mechanic. In the final days of a Lands End to John O'Groats my rearmech collapsed, was sorted and replaced within the hour and I was back on my way. Thank you guys- proper good service.

A 'real' bike shop run by people that obviously love what they do. Nothing​ like your over glitzy modern stores, great!

Do you know of another bike shop that would call you on a Friday night at 21:30 to tell you that your bike is ready because they see the inner child in you and know you want it asap? Probably not! I don't and I've bought from a fair few. Class act!

Good stockist of Cannondale, Genesis and Whyte Bikes with plenty of Grade A components in stock and handy Service Centre too. City Centre location and on a main route in and out of the city and a long-standing reputation for customer service.

I can't recommend this shop, Neil and his staff enough. Everyone is so helpful and knowledgeable! I have bought two bikes from them as well as had repairs and servicing. I went in with no knowledge of what was best for me but with their expertise I left with a fantastic bike and an enthusiasm for biking. They provide a great service and are always happy to answer questions and give advice on how best to look after your bike. I wouldn't even consider going anywhere else.

Great wee find. Fixed my bike on the spot despite it being quite busy and was offered great practical advice.

Bought new light and saddle from their huge selection, sale was done practically based on my needs and wasn't pushy.

So far I've bought 3 bikes from Billy Bilsland and every time I've had a great deal of help and guidance. They all went out their way to customise the bike to my preference and help me understand what I needed given what I was using each bike for.

Neil and the team spend time making sure the bike fits and has the right parts for me.
