Bioeconomy Cluster Builder

The Bioeconomy Cluster Builder raises awareness of the benefits and applications of biotechnology. It connects people and resources to support the development of new value chains across the bioeconomy. We raise awareness of the benefits and applications of biotechnology, highlighting the opportunities it presents for improved sustainability, increased efficiency and better product performance. The BCB connects people and resources to encourage innovation and the development of new and existing value chains. We deliver targeted events and provide innovation support including signposting to funding opportunities. The Bioeconomy Cluster Builder is successor to a European Regional Development Fund supported collaboration between IBioIC, Innovate UK KTN and Scottish Enterprise which ran from March 2020 until March 2023.
