Bipolar Aberdeen

Bipolar Aberdeen is a registered Scottish Charity, SCO 25741, who provides self help tips, strategies and information for people with bipolar disorder including their carers, family and friends. The charity facilitates a Self help group where people can get together to share experiences and provide mutual support and advice on coping with bipolar. The group regularly has discussions, hosts guest speakers or shows videos. The group meetings are held, normally the last Thursday of each month from 7pm-9pm. at the Midstocket Church Community Centre, 35 Midstocket road, Aberdeen, AB15 5JLThe Bipolar Aberdeen meetings are not a welfare service No appointment or referral is needed, just turn up and meet people who understand, in a supportive environment.
