So glad I found this friendly, supportive group. Not through Wedderburn house but by accident!

Thank you

Good people doing good things. For those that don’t understand the illness the information is available if you are willing to read it. If not then remain ignorant and good luck.

Found the Glasgow self help groups which started me off on my Recovery journey. Now help out at the Paisley Self Help group and hope to attend a Self Management course one day soon. Love going to the Annual Conference.

FOR too many years I have bounced about all over the place. My head was akin to a pinball machine. Then I discovered Bipolar Scotland's self management course.

"Wow! I can control this condition." Since then I have completed a degree in Journalism, written two books, worked on several newspapers and at the BBC, and travelled all over the world. A bit miffed at all the time I lost. There is still so much I want to do. Will perhaps go on a refresher course. Who knows, I could be president? - Lol Marriage will just have to wait. A million thanks BS.x
