Window to the womb Hamilton scanning company are running a parent event Monday 14 th January 7-9 PM. It's a great idea to collectively bring together independant service providers for pre, labour and postnatal business not available on NHS.

This is the most common back pain referral I treat in pregnancy. Lumbar lordosis is caused by gravity making you lean back in second to third trimester, Hip flexors become unhappy and shorten making movement difficult. Triggerpoint Acupuncture sorts out the knots and the pain.
