Terms & Conditions

Design Agreement
We will work with the customer throughout the design process, until it is finalised.

Once the design is finalised & agreed, any changes whilst in production, will incur an extra
charge.


Measurements
Measurements will be the clients responsibility, we can provide measurement sheets to
help with this. We can not be held responsible for items not fitting due to measurements
being wrong.


Washing / wear & tear
Cool hand wash only


Deposit
50% of your costume price, costume will not be started until the deposit and sizes received.


Payment
Full payment will be taken on collection or prior to delivery.
*We ask that you pay within 21 days of completion, if we do not receive payment within this time, we have the right to sell on, deposits will be forfeited. *



Pairs / Teams
No costumes will be released without full payment for both / all costumes.


Payment options
Cash, cheque, bank transfer.


Postage options / charges
Prices will be charged according to Royal Mail postage.


Cancellations
All deposits will be forfeited.

We will have the right to sell on the costume to recover costs.


Repairs / Alterations
Any unworn costume will be repaired or altered within 7 days of receipt.

Once the costume is out with the 7 days of receipt or has been worn we will accept all
repairs & alterations at a cost.


Returns
Once a costume has been worn to dance in (competitive, performance or practise) we will
not accept any returns. *Please remember to wear underwear whilst trying on, for hygiene reasons*

Any defects prior to first use must be made in writing within 7 days.

If, for any reason you are unsure or unhappy with your costume, you must contact us
within 7 days of receipt.


Show costumes are available to hire.
We can also customise and make items costumes at reasonable prices for your school.
