Can we ask that ALL students and parents dropping off kids park in the front parking area or the main road parking spaces.
No one except coaches should be parking in the rear car park as this is for Business Owners use only.
... All the units in the estate require 24/7 access so please refrain from parking in this area.
Please respect our neighbours and park respectfully in the designated areas.

Gym absolutely rammed last night for both kids and adults classes!
Awesome energy in the place (a bit too much at times 🙈) and speaking on kids in particular, the level of growth we've had this year not just in technique, but in everyone's level of confidence has been brilliant to see.
Fights coming up in March too so let's keep the momentum and positive energy rolling 🤜🤛

A busy shred class and definitely hot and sweaty!A great performance from everyone today.4 minute rounds and everyone pushed themselves to the limits.As always our shred class is supported by the boxing side.Big thanks to coaches and students. The usual suspects from the Thai side giving it 100%.People like you make coaching a pleasure.Let's make this class bigger next week.👊

Solid work on the pads last night, starting with boxing only then adding elbows, knees and kicks through the rounds, allowing time to focus on each part of the game 🥊
Super impressed with the level of technical progress we've seen in the kids class since the new year too as we've been working on fundamental techniques then building them into realistic partner drills.

ln the next 2 weeks we will be leaving an order form at the desk for kids and adults Muay Thai shorts.Kids are £30 and adults £35. Sizes will be displayed on the form.These will be club shorts and will have no sponsors written on them. We have been asked for a while for shorts,especially from the kids section parents so now is the opportunity to order.

A quieter but far from easier shred class this morning.Well impressed with everyone's effort.Arms and legs will be glowing in the dark tonight! There was a casualty of war who had a heated conversation with the toilet but we will mention no names to protect the innocent...😳 Lets make it a busier class next week and if my arm is still attached to my shoulder will join in with the fun and frolics.💪

Long post ahead! We’re planning to fundraise for the benefit of all at Black Devils Muay Thai. The money will be used for things like branded clothing and equipment. We’re asking if there are any ideas or suggestions on what we can do in the comments below. If anyone can help this will be much appreciated,especially the kids who train with us parents.We will be looking to make sponsor events by the kids.
It's nearly the end of the month and we have made it to next payday so w...e are pushing again for monthly memberships.£40 per month and the possibility of training 7 days a week with all disciplines is money well spent! We especially would like the kids to pay by membership.l know some people can only make one class but the membership opens up to kids BJJ to and open mat.Direct debit is the easiest way to pay and comes off every 1st of the month.
Last but not least we have Herman and Mike fighting in March and we need as many people coming in to train with and especially sparring.Both are first time fighters and will do the club proud.Please help as much as you can.

A very hard and noisy shred session this morning.Next week we will be giving out ear plugs and Alan is banned from watching Full metal jacket ever again as he's doing the drill sergeant way too well...Best way to start the day tho.💪
