Black & Gold

Black & Gold was founded by Louise Elder in September of 2010. We produce an amazingly flavoursome, cold-pressed rapeseed oil from our farm in the heart of the East Lothian countryside. Rapeseed oil is a principal source of Omega-3 fatty acids, in ratio to Omega-6. It has around ten times the amount of Omega-3 than olive oil. It is a superb culinary oil and is championed by first class chefs throughout Scotland. .
