The Black Isle Dairy is an ice cream business which offers a range of over 20 delicious flavours of ice cream, sorbets and frozen yoghurts. We have added non- homogenised whole milk and semi skimmed milk to our range as well as natural creamy yoghurt. We fully back the movement to reduce our carbon footprint so we now offer re-fillable glass bottles for you to collect milk at any time and re-fill as often as you like. We're based on the farm at Rootfield where we have a custom built production kitchen. We sell our produce from our on-site honesty shed which is open all year from 7. 30am until 8pm.
