Blackbox Pro Audio Description
BLACKBOX supply high spec concert systems from d& b and other reputable manufacturers. We have one of the widest selections of consoles available in Scotland and can meet most riders with ease with consoles from Midas, Avid, Yamaha, Soundcraft and Allen & Heath available for rental. We also carry a large stock of d& b M4 wedges which hit virtually all specs and sit well on large and small stages alike. When something isn't in our inventory we know where to source it making BLACKBOX the ideal one stop shop for concerts of all scales.
Of course simply having the gear doesn't make a gig happen and with this in mind we place a lot of importance on our staff. Our well trained friendly engineers are well known for going the extra distance to deliver excellent results. Years of experience both touring and at home mean we understand the needs of the live environment and can deliver consistently even when under pressure.

St Giles' is such a beautiful building to work in at the best of times, but their Chinese Lantern installation as part of Burns&Beyond is stunning. We even had the pleasure of the fantastic Kinnaris Quintet performing at the launch event.

Sold out gig, Saxon (Official) is the first in a run of 3 shows in Barrowland Ballroom this weekend with our array processed d&b J System and AVID S6L 32D console. Tomorrow is Director John Carpenter performing music from his movies and Saturday is BICEP. Three great shows in our favourite venue!

June has been a busy month, but we seem to be living in Kelvingrove park! Ahead of the Fiesta festival this weekend, here are a couple of pics from the bandstand last week. The array processed j rig doing exactly what it's designed to do.... that is keep the coverage exactly where we want it and not spilling out of the arena.

Shetland Folk Festival with our oldest and newest mixing desks, the MIDAS XL4 and our new Avid S6L-32D. Also making it's debut, our new ALLEN & HEATH D-Live S7000 on monitors. As always a truly world class lineup and also as always, we had a brilliant time. Looking forward to next year. More pictures to follow.
