We are a specialist electronics repair centre and retailer based in Kilmarnock Ayrshire, specialising in the repair of a wide range of devices including; laptops, computers, phones, tablets and games consoles. Our Repair centre is fully equipped with cutting edge technology to allow us to offer the very latest and most complex services. All of our staff are extremely knowledgeable and dedicated and have a wealth of experience in delivery IT solutions to a wide variety of customers. We thrive in keeping our knowledge and services cutting-edge and participate in ongoing training to continually develop our skills to ensure you receive the very best service possible from informed experts.
Through our retail outlet we sell a wide range of new and manufacturer refurbished computers, laptops, hardware and software at competitive prices. We also offer a bespoke build service for both custom specification laptop and desktop computers- Prices for this service are available on request.
Working in partnership with many large IT companies we can offer the best solutions to our customers. These partners include; Microsoft, Intel, Bitdefender, Bullguard CCL and Cisco.
We provide free assessments and solid honest advice, in terms that are understandable to the average user. We give our honest opinions on hardware and software and not just what is most profitable to us. We guarantee all of our work, and will rectify any issues free charge if a problem is not fully resolved. We operate in strict confidence and will never share your details with any other customers or third parties. This is our promise, and we stick to it.

It's Friday! We're currently finishing some great gaming PC builds (and can't wait to test them). We're also working hard to finish repairs and get them back to our customers for the weekend. Whatever you're doing today, have a great day!
From tomorrow onward, we'll be operating our new opening hours of 08.30-16.30 Monday to Friday and 10.00-16.00 on a Saturday. We hope these will better fit our customers' needs. As always, if you need something out-with these hours, simply drop us a message :)
