Blackness Launderette

Came too soon, was told the delivery will be here later this afternoon came too soon, delivery person was rude. Last time was ok hense 3 stars. My partner went to this place both times. Never got told how much it'll cost before he gave it in, I don't like that..

Used this for service wash of bed linen and towels while staying in Dundee for a month. Good quick service with everything well folded.

The staff are fantastic, very helpful. They even keep your washing when you leave it in the spinner for a week!

Unreliable and unfriendly service . I booked a service wash and dry but the driver never came for the pick up nor phoned. When I called Blackness Launderette that evening to see what had happened, I was blamed for either not having had my phone on or that the line must have been busy, as the driver certainly did call. According to my phone log, no one called. Very unfortunate customer service.

I was then informed that the driver would call me the following morning at 8:30 and I was asked by the woman on the phone whether I would be awake for that. No apologies received for my inconvenience, only odd questions like do you have a lot to wash. Like they're doing me a favor ! NO thanks
