Blackness Road Post Office

My mum and I came in the other day to post a few parcels, we had no clue in packaging or delivery services available however the chap was very friendly and told us all the key information required. He made the parcel box up for us (you don't get many that go out of their way). Prime example of how customer service should be delivered. I am new to the city so that is why I was a bit lost, I didn't get the man's name but he is a great post man (if that's what it's called haha). I will be coming back more prepared next time

Poor customer service. Not helpful at all.

Posted a letter here recorded delivery first class and the letter has gone missing Royal Mail said the last registered place my letter was the day I posted it at this post office I called the post office today and the man that answers hung up the phone as soon as I mentioned it hadn't left there I would not reccomend this post office at all stay safe and post at another one as it seems something isn't right with this office I've also been informed this is a regular occurrence!!! Please don't make the same mistake :( !!
