Got what I wanted great staff

I love buying outdoor equipment from this store because they have good assortment. Basically, I know what I need and it's easy, but sadly that's not the case with shoes. The staff wasn't helpful at all, I had to chase them around the store for sizes and there wasn't any support if I needed help with models and characteristics. Such a shame, nice place with poor customer service.

Good assortment of outdoor gear. Friendly staff. Only thing I don't like about the place is no parking and the heating always seems to be set so high you feel like your on the equator.

Great for outdoor gear

It could be a fluke, but my experience is the complete opposite of the other reviews. Bad mannered not helpful staff. Issues and more issues returning faulty merchandise.
