Hey folks, Wullie and I won't be doing pay as you go classes at 6pm - these classes will only be for people we personal train as part of their personal training programme. This will keep the classes small so that we can demonstrate there and then, can watch all of the clients more closely as to where their strengths and weaknesses are and so that we know what to change up in their personal training sessions. For anyone who wishes to continue pay as you go for classes I woul...d recommend Kevin who is doing classes at 7pm. Anyone who has won any of our competitions for classes, has a £30 gym and classes membership or everyone who is in our free mentoring programmes, you can still come along to the 6pm classes. Kevin will be running classes on a Monday, Thursday and Friday at 7pm so get in contact with him. Kevin is also a good personal trainer if anyone is looking for one. #bladesgym

Blades Gym has a full size boxing ring for those who are looking to get their gym training and boxing training done at the same time. We are going to be doing circuit training for fighters trying to get their fitness levels up so if you are in to any sort of fighting or contact sports get in contact. We have a lot of boxing equipment and will be putting another two bags up tomorrow. If you are not in to competing, come to our boxing fitness class - they are big calorie burners
