Judge for yourself: is this "unrelenting customer experience"?

I requested house viewings during either weekday evenings or weekends and was told "we need to keep them within office hours".

When I agreed to take time out of my lunch on a busy month to view a property, nobody from Blair Cadell arrived. The reason? "There appears to have been a mix-up in the diary for today".

Scant comfort, I'm afraid. Very disappointed.

Delighted with the service we recieved. We were kept up to date at every stage of selling our flat. A big thankyou to Blair Cadell!
