Blair Castle

Beautiful here. More of a castle for royalty than a militarized one. The garden is a nice walk too.

Great day out for kids and adults. Really dog friendly and staff are fantastic!
Interesting history with access to castle and some amazing walks through the woods. Ponys, deer and even a peacock roaming amongst the visitors.
The grounds are stunning with huge trees, walled gardens and playpark for the kids.
Highly recommended!

Rare castle, amazing: old but also very well restored, a mix architecture from past and current ages. A lot of information about history (the castle, the region, Scotland, the nobility etc). Highly recommended for having a deep dive in history

Stunning castle, and grounds. Took our 2 special needs kids. 1 with guide dog 1 in wheel chair, and the staff treated us like v.i.p's. .made us feel so welcome, nothing was too much trouble. Well done Blair castle.

Expected to just popped and spend hours talking around and exploring the castle. Simply fantastic!

Beautiful castle and gardens. Worth a visit even if you don't go inside.

Fantastic castle and extensive grounds, with something for the whole family to see and do. From the historic accounts of its past and rooms with so many antiquities to see and the formal gardens as well as woodland walks you can easily spend a whole day here. Children can take part in a detectives challenge as well as doing colouring and dressing up in the hall, there is also an adventure playground in the grouds.

Amazing place, the grounds in particular were amazing. Saw my first red squirrel here and the giant Sequoya is an amazing sight to see.
