Well what can I say about the Blaithwaite Christmas party night?! Bloody brilliant! That's what! Kate and Mally were the perfect hosts, the hog roast was to die for and the entertainment.....outstanding! Would highly recommend!

The surroundings of the beautiful Blaithwaite estate only added to the festive feeling and the room I stayed in was gorgeous!

We've just spent a day doing team building followed by hosting a company awards ceremony and party. The entire team got a real buzz from the whole event. Suited us all perfectly. The daytime activities like laser tag and bushcraft were extremely fun and the whole team made the day relaxed, focussed and most of all encouraged us to have a laugh! It's an amazing spacious venue suited I'd say to any purpose. Perfect for corporate events and it would make a stunning location for a wedding/party also. Totally recommend it.

We played a wedding here last night and I have never been to such an amazing venue ! I can't stress how brilliant this place is , great set up for weddings and so much room outside for festivals etc ! The staff were brilliant and couldn't do enough to make everyone feel welcome . 10/10 !

We held a year 6 leavers party at Blaithwaite house today. What a fantastic place! We started off with 30 11 year olds playing lazer tag in the woods, followed by orienteering then toasting marshmallows round the fire pit and a bit of crazy golf! The guy was so accommodating and it was extremely well organised! Highly recommended

We brought our U12s football team for their end of season treat and presentation



We ALL loved the outdoor laser tag, was great fun and the boys enjoyed every minute of it



Can't wait to come back on Sunday with our U16s team

We attended a wedding on the 23rd Sept 2017 and the venue didn't disappoint. The room itself was lovely, think old barn / farm conversion with fairy lights. Lovely warm feel in lovely surroundings. Roast suckling pig was AMAZING and think I ate most of the crackling!!

Was there all last week and had an amazing time. My son who's 18 loved the woodland warriors activities. The Tepee I hired was fab too, could just do with an entrance canopy by the tepee to cook and sit under when the weather isn't so great. X xx

It was the summer house that sold it for us. We imagined getting married outside in the April sunshine and wished for dry weather in the weeks leading up to our wedding.



With the typical British weather it rained on the morning of our wedding and we weren't able to get married outside. We thought we'd be really upset but the day was still perfect and we wouldn't change any of it. The ceremony ended up being held in the drawing room and it was really intimate and created an amazing and emotional atmosphere for the perfect ceremony.



We'd like to thanks Malcolm, Kate, Sarah and all the staff at Blaithwaite for making our weekend the most amazing weekend ever!!

Truly magical!! We had our wedding at Blaithwaite House 29/12/16 and it was the most amazing venue for a wedding. Kate, Malcolm and her staff were very helpful, friendly and professional from start to finish. Nothing was ever any trouble. The first time we saw Blaithwaite House we fell in love with it. The barn is beautiful with the exposed beams and stunning chandeliers, which add so much character!! The house itself is perfect and offers a touch of elegance and class. The grounds are stunning with the enchanting summer house. What more could anyone want for their perfect wedding day! If you want a wedding that is very personal, flexible, creative and truly yours then look no further than the Beautiful Blaithwaite House.

This place is so idyllic! We had our wedding here back in June 2017 and we couldn’t of asked for more! Everything about it was perfect. The grounds, the staff and weather!! We Would definitely recommend this venue for a wedding, family occasion or just camping for the weekend! �

Our 5th time at Blaithwaite House. Always happy memories! We have to come back now as we started a tradition of taking our annual family photograph there. Absolutely love what they've done to the house, all very crisp and clean. Also loved the farm animals! Shame we have to wait another year or so to come back.

Once we had visited Blaithwaite House, we knew we couldn't get married anywhere else. An amazing mix of beautiful surroundings, but still a comfortable family home feeling. The emphasis is very much on what you want, and tailoring the whole day to your theme and ideas. We got married outside at the summerhouse, which was one of favourite parts of the extensive grounds, then had our reception in the barn.

Huge thank you to Kate and Malcolm and their team for all they did to ensure our perfect day went so smoothly. Wouldn't hesitate to recommend, and wish we could do it all again!

My son and his 5 friends did outdoor laser tag yesterday for the full day. They absolutely loved it. Great customer service and very well organised. Highly recommend �

I love visiting Blaithwaite House. The location is picturesque, the staff are very friendly and always willing to help. There is never a bored moment with so many different activities to do and sites to see. I can't imagine a better venue. I highly recommend Blaithwaite House!

Brilliant for a girly night away glamping! Facilities were fab and the laser tag was a great activity for the group! Would definitely recommend and return!

Blaithwaite is a magical place, amazing hidden gem, we had our Vows renewed there on the 29th July and it was just wounderful, Kate, Malcolm and staff are great nothing is too much of a problem for them, both Richard and I and all our guests didn't want it to end as it's such a lovely place to be, definitely a 5* would highly recommend...

Once you go to Blaithwaite you just fall in love...

We went here for a glamping experience in a teepee with the children. Ross took us as a group for shelter building & we cooked marshmallows on a fire. The kids loved it. We had air beds, bedding, plug point provided as well as a trunk with plates & plastic cutlery. BBQ was also supplied. Nice play are which the kids enjoyed. Clean facilities & a fridge & freezer area to store your food. Staff very friendly & helpful. Will return xx
