Welcome to Blancave, a student-run international academic association that focuses on multidisciplinary research in the fields of both cutting-edge technology, as well as the study of humanity and social science. The name "Blancave" itself can be separated into two words: "blank" and "cave". Together, they symbolize the starting point of human civilization, in which nothing existed. The association's Chinese name, "白洞" (literally "white hole") refers to the opposing astronomical terminology "black hole", and symbolizes the expansion of the collective knowledge of mankind. As its name suggested, Blancave aims to further extend the knowledge of mankind by studying today's society through a series of academic interdisciplinary research.
