This gym is fantastic! Old school and no nonsense! Love the motivational posts plastered everywhere that really help you push on and focus more :) Gordon Ross and his team have really done incredible work building this place! Highly recommended!

Really happy with this gym at first I wasn't to sure about it but so glad I kept at it as am really enjoying it now & staff are really nice! I couldn't be happier with the tuff circuit class tonight it was really good will definitely be at it every week �

Not enough stars on Facebook and do BST justice, this place rocks, the staff are friendly helpful and know their stuff. Are you looking for a great place to work out in a bright clean friendly atmosphere, then head on over..

My daughter got me a massage.first time ever. And it was amazing.

Highly recommend the girl(bugger forgot her name) she was lovely and made me feel relaxed.ty

Joined gym with my daughter a couple of weeks ago wasn't to sure about it at first didn't think we liked it but thought we will just give it a chance �see how we feel in a couple of week..so glad we did starting to love it� great gym great staff ..hopefully never be out it now.�.all staff doing a great job ��

Joined a couple of months ago along with my 12 year old son. We are both really enjoying coming. Everybody has been so friendly and helpful.

I just joined here last week and already love it. I've tried a few gyms and this one is by far the friendliest one. I used to dread walking into gyms but not this one, so glad I joined

Great walking into a gym that's for training pretty boy free no sitting on phones or hogging aww weights guy who has it gets involved worth a look quote me at the door get a free drink water tap �

Great gym the owners are great and look after you whether its your firstime or your an expierienced gym goer.The supplements they have are also very good quality as im working my way through them well worth a visit

Great equipment and great to go there for good workout.

Cracking wee gym and they make you feel so welcome i would recommend this place to anyone weve been going here since january and can honestly say we look forward to going its a small friendly place where you can enjoy a range of classes or gym equipment with a warm welcome to all

Brilliant gym! I go to the burlesque classes most weeks when when I can and love them so decided for join the gym as well and so glad I did first time was last night and just such a great gym and the staff are lovely!
