Throughly enjoyed the Jazz performance. Thank you. Probably the least gallumping rather ignorant barman yet encountered. Stuck his fingers in a clean glass...Then took a bottle and totally unnecessarily tried to pour it all into the glass. .thus having it foaming all over the bar. It cost nearly as much as the ticket. Dearie me. .Small details reveal the overall attitude. Somebody is making good money. .And the place definitely needs a lick of paint. ..

Have been going to the Lamp for 54 years. It must be good to keep attracting me back.
Only ever go for comedy club and it is always worth it.. great night!!!
Fantastic place when they have comedy on. Always a good laugh. Good beer good company but get there early so you get good seats! Pub beside it is fantastic for predrinks!!
The home of Scottish Jazz. A lovely little bar through the day and at night it opens up into one of the best jazz clubs in Scotland. A rare gem in Aberdeen.
Fun place! Empty unless there's an event, but even when it's empty, it's nice if you bring friends. Try to go when they have a Caleidh!
Nice place. Several different activities, some very Scottish. Others not at all. Blue lamp refers I guess to 3 different places, the door on the north side takes you to a big and nice place and on the south there is another door that takes you to a smaller bar (connected somehow with the other one) and stairs to a third place.
NOTE: all of this places are cash only, do not serve food and are not specially cheap.
