Within a few days of expressing an interest to let our flat in Edinburgh, BP had arranged a suitable tenancy agreement. As we're not resident in Scotland, they have dealt with all associated difficulties on our behalf, arranging service and repair issues with a minimum of fuss but always keeping us informed. They manage to maintain very effective partnerships, balancing the needs of tenant with our landlord interests. We're more than satisfied with the service BP provides and plan to continue using their service for a second year when the current lease ends .
