This industry first move will give staff the security of a consistent, regular income over a two week shift pattern.
Full time and part time opportunities for men and women available plus other working patterns to suit you and your home life. Paid travel and waiting time plus payment when customers cancel their visits. Starting salary £19,656 for inexperienced staff..., induction training payment £262.50 plus £0.25 per mile for car drivers or bus pass paid for non-drivers.
No experience is necessary as full training and ongoing support is provided. Bluebird Care's defined Career Pathway also gives Care Assistants a clear route of progression and the opportunity to establish a successful career.
