At the start of the year we asked if everyone could pop in and collect anything that they'd left in the Blueprint100 office as it was getting more than a little bit cluttered! The deadline we gave elapsed quite a while ago and unfortunately not everyone has done it, and so with a new team about to start it's time to put our foot down! If it's not gone by the end of the week it will be recycled/donated!

2019 is a time of transition for our dedicated core team; Michael, Emily and Liam, who have helped shape and build blueprint100 into what it is now. They have grown blueprint100 to include a fantastic programme of regular activity, commissions and opportunities for both bp100 and Stove members over the last few years with their own professional practices evolving along the way. Please come and give them the party they deserve to wish them the very best as they move on to new things.

Join artist Emily Tough for a series of Lino Printing Workshops celebrating buildings in Dumfries. We will be collaborating to produce pages for a collection of Lino Print Books of Dumfries’ Townscape!
In this final workshop you can finish any lino prints before printing your chosen building onto a page that will make up Dumfries' Lino Books.
Your artwork will be completed into books that will then be distributed and exhibited to local organisations around Dumfries!

I've been involved with Blueprint100 events for nearly a year and have absolutely loved it. The dedication of team members is only surpassed by the range of weekly workshops on offer from professional artists, such as: poetry writing and performance; upcycling clothes; zine making; regular topical debates; and occassional film screenings. These are free and open to anyone under 30, so I highly recommend coming along.



Personal highlights this year have included a two day trip to see art around Edinburgh, a speed photography contest and most recently drawing classes spanning five weeks. Apart from what you can do and learn, you'll meet some amazing people!

I'm personally amazed by the workshops that this group is hosting. They include various topics like photography, drawing, films, yoga, lantern and shadow puppet making. I really enjoyed the two day trip to Edinburgh when we visited Jupiter Artland and some exhibitions at the Edinburgh Festival.

The group is made of people under 30s and everyone's very friendly and interesting. I also noticed the group is really starting to expand which is always a great thing. Really looking forward to getting more involved with the group in the future!
