Crisps are eaten by 90 per cent of adults, with British consumers getting through six billion bags every year. TerraCycle and Walkers have partnered to create a free crisp packet recycling scheme.
Blythswood have a public drop off point for recycling. The red crisp packet recycling bin is located at the entrance to the Blythswood shop at Deephaven, Evanton. ... Larger amounts can be boxed or bagged and handed in to the shop, mark them “F.A.O Paul Kubon, Blythswood crisp packet recycling”.
Accepted: All brands of empty crisp packet are accepted. Not accepted: Popcorn bags, crisp tubes, pretzel bags and meat snack bags.
