Due to nicotine stains this property needed a lot of preperation beforehand.
All walls and ceilings washed down with sugar, filled and walls prepared. Ceiling got 2 coats of white emulsion and walls double coated in magnlolia with a nice silk finish to it.

AS you can see from pictures this place was a mess took a lot off prep work, sanding filling stain blocking and also new plasterboard Ames taped and plastered. The whole place got 3 coats off durable Johnstone’s Matt emulsion, undercoated/glossed in pure brilliant white🥇
Little freshen up wood work walls and ceiling another customer very happy 😊

External patio doors prep: Scraped filled and sanded down with 80 grit sandpaper and wiped down with lint free cloth
External patio doors paintwork: coated 3 times with exterior sadolin durable mahogany woodstain and sanded and wiped down with lint free clothes in-between coats
